よく聞くけど、イマイチ意味が、使い方が、という単語かも。銀行取引に関わっていれば必ず出てくる単語ですので信用や信用取引、残高、という意味はよく知られてます。
違う意味で、－のおかげ、手柄、名誉である、によるものである。という名詞での使い方があります。意味として’信用’に通じるものでもあります。
